CEC2001 is now inviting special session proposals.   Further details can be
found on http://cec2001.kaist.ac.kr.

*** We will continue to accept proposals until November 1, 2000. ***

All special sessions are to be organised around specific topic(s) in order
to encourage in-depth discussion. Special sessions will be an integral part
of the CEC2001 conference. All accepted papers in the special sessions will
be included in the published conference proceedings. All special session
papers will be reviewed.
